TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I wrote a Hello Peter complaint on the 27/11/2013 with regards to the TERRIBLE service I received from ABSA. Someone did reply to my complaint advising I would be contacting shortly to rectify my query but guess what, its been FOUR days and still nothing from ABSA. To say that this service is terrible is actually an understatement
