I had a claim with FNB and I had to take my car to Renew-It to get repaired. I had car hire through FNB and I ended up being referred to Sizwe Car Rental to make the arrangements. The arrangements were quick and painless and I thought that would be it. However twice I messed them around due to the panelbeater delaying when I could bring the car in and both times Sizwe changed the dates without any fuss.
When I eventually did take the car to the panelbeater, the rental car was already at the panelbeater for me to pick up. I signed a couple of pages and that was it. Renew-it ended up keeping my car for three weeks and every week after I picked up the rental car I got a call from Sizwe asking if they needed to arrange and extension. That was it. They dealt with the panelbeater and FNB and I hardly had to do anything to sort it all out.
Very impressed.
