On the 28/11/2013, there was a terrible storm in Krugersdorp, half of my houses roof was blown off and I immediately contact the help line of my ABSA house insurance, I then contacted them again on Friday, I contacted them the whole weekend, My claim number is 2492524, They said with in 48 hours someone will come out and access the damage, we are on Monday 2/12/2013 16:11 no one from ABSA contacted me or even came out to my house. I have been sitting with out a roof for 5 days in rain and bad weather, I have been attempting o get hold of ABSA insurance to no prevail. this is unacceptable and I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO FURTHER!!!
