To whom this may concern
i opened up my sanlam liquid debit card account and on registration i was told that i will be able to swipe and withdraw money, i have R500 in my account but i am unable to use it as the account say R14 available...

This is not right at all!
I thought this would be a great way to keep money saved for the future but i am only in this for 2 months and already having problems with this!

I do not care what happens now because i really needed to use this money (family responsibility) and i am unable to do anything.
It's either you guys sort this out or REFUND me MY MONEY!!!
