MONEY WENT TO WRONG ACCOUNT

I have a retirement policy with sanlam.i decided to terminate (cancell) the policy last month, i called SANLAM to claim they sent me documents to complete including banking details and send them back.i took the policy while i was still employed in another company its called izinga eccess, now i resigned from that company, yersteday i got a email from SANLAM confirming the money is been transfered to izingas account the previous company i was working for, of which i dont understand how is that possible..the money should go into my account.please help i need my money.they money that should be paid to my account is R5153.33
