i am insured with AUTO&GENERAL but after my car was damaged they take a month and tell me they cannot repair my car. My payments is up to date now they come telling me about information which they never asked me secondly they go to my neighbours and ask them who is driving my car. My son is the second driver on my car in my policy but they duck and dive now.

This is bad service.
