I ordered a Note 3 in beginning of October. I have phoned so far ones every week to find out what the progress is. Every time I think wow this person really can help me after he or she apparently send the courier a message to contact me in 3 working days to tell us how long it will take the phone is a story. I phoned 2 weeks ago and was told that there was stock received. Why should the courier company contact me if I am banking with fnb and ordered the phone threw fnb. I'm still waiting for the courier company to phone me... I have my house bond threw fnb and all of that went quick but waiting 2 months for a phone is unacceptable. Thinking of rather moving to a new bank that will appreciate their clients wanting to support something they do... and then actually keep the customer up to date
