My claim has been put in on the 21st November, which is almost 2 weeks back. On Monday Dipuo Phoned me to tell me my car has been written off. Since then I have been following up with her every day and rarely get responses. I need to purchase a new car as soon as possible and cannot do so until Outsurance settled my car with the bank. This is pathetic!!! If this is the service I get, I will not use this company again.
