Please help i need my money back

I went to fnb 3 weeks ago, after i had heard the EFT made to a company Easy Digatal Center was a spam. Paid R4900.00 for a camera and urgently needed to stop the payment to go to ABSA.. i went to the sandton City branch and they wernt very helpfull... made me fill in a reversal form... Till today i havnt heard anything. i then disided to try the bryanston branch spoke to Yolanda (Very helpfull) contacted Annelie from the GFS department to see if i can get my money back till today i havnt heard a word. i urgently need to get that money back i have a case nr and the SAPS gave a letter to the ABSA Branch... please help have been saving since JAn for this cant loose my money! ABSA could of helped if the responce was quicker but unfortunatly i dont think absa knows the matter of teh urgency because they opened a account for someone who is doing... i need my money back or i will go to carte blanch...
