Ive placed an Order for a smart device on the 17 Nov 2013 received an SMS on the 18th stating the application is being processed, Received one on the 19th stating approved experiencing stock shortage, i contacted them on Wednesday 27 Nov 2013 (10 days later) asking for an ETA the call center said they escalated and Head Office will contact me their response time is 48 Hours today in Monday 02 December 2013, i've been holding on the line to speak to an agent for 30 minutes and still going strong, im reporting there service delivery as im not impressed at all, ive been a loyal customer for 11 years now and ive never experienced such bad service delivery from FNB. can they be loosing streak?
