Where do i started!!!
i called your internet call centre and was told that i cant stop a stop order via the internet. i explained that i DONT HAVE capacity to go into a branch. i have spoken to the third party regarding cancellation of a debit but they still deducting MY money. the debit went off and i later found that i can do it on. i called on sat to request a reversal and was told that i can only send an email to digital and they will assist immediately, going into the branch will waste my time because only this department can help me. i sent the mail and now im told that i need to go into a branch for security reasons???
why in the world is ABSA so EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL TO DEAL WITH. Loading this complaint is taking time out of my day THAT I DONT HAVE!!!
this has to be sorted! i dont understand why simpe this like this is made easy by other banks but this BIG absa just cant!!!
