OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you

On Friday 29 November I visited my Absa branch in Oakdene to get my debit card.
Once all of my info was captured, she verified my contact details and instructed me on how to set up my new Internet banking profile.
Unfortunately when I tried to set it up, I got an error message saying that the RVN could not be sent. I then phoned the branch and spoke to Delores and enquired about the problem. I was told that there was a system error and that my contact details were not on the system, I went back to the branch and was helped by one of the managers (Delores) and received a speedy and excellent service where Michelle tended to my query in the best professional manner I have ever experienced. my issue was sorted out at the branch the same day.

Thank you for the amazing level of service. The staff and their willingness to help is OUTSTANDING.
Absa and their staff never fail to impress.
