I was blown away to be greeted by my name by a smiling gentleman as I got out of my car. Never before has it happened that I was greeted like this during a cold call.
To make my life even easier, he had already all my insurance details on his computer screen, knew what I was there for, my policy number and all other relevent details.
The advised 10-15 min (in a luxuarious waiting area with refreshments, TVs and a playstation) was bearly 8mins and the inspection was completed.
Time was also taken to ensure I understood the various policy and payment options and that the most suitable option for my requirements and lifestyle was selected.
