I have/had a policy with Momentum that matured on the first of December. When finalising the necessary documents to effect payment, I was assured that it would be paid on the due date. This date has come and gone and no payment.
On enquiring about the non-payment, I was told I must speak to the consultant that I dealt with when finalising the payment details. I left a message for him to contact me. After 3 hours, nobody has come back to me.
I have just tried now to contact him and was put on hold for 10 minutes, after which I terminated the call. What annoyed me was that no reason was given why I was put on hold. Furthermore, nobody came back to me to ask if I still wanted to hold.
Momentum, you are quick to debit my account every month, but when it is time to pay, you drag your feet!
