Qualified for loan of R100000 in May 2013. Only took R75000. 2 months later phoned and asked if I could access the other R25000 and was told I could but only after 3 months.
Phoned and applied online in August 2013 and was then told I could only apply after 6 months, at this stage nothing was said about the application being declined for any other reason than the time period.
I applied now in December 2013 only to be told that because I was declined in August I can only apply in February 2014. When I asked why I was told it was because of the credit bureau score.
I have a really good credit record so this was very confusing.
I have been a customer for about 5 years or so and find the whole episode confusing as to the difference in what the consultants communicated to me in 3 separate occasions. If you had given me the correct story I wouldnt have bothered calling Direct Axis.
