On the 18th of November had the unfortunate thing happen to me, a car accident. I the reported to KP and Karabo was the go person. A Musketeer was appointed and I was co-operating very well with him, feedback between us was almost instantaneous (both ways). The Musketeer concluded his investigations and now I am trying to get in touch with Karabo with no luck. All I need to know is the progress thus far in the case. King Price is very quiet and that is depressing to say the least. Tweets go unanswered just like the email I sent on Thursday. Can someone give me the so called royal service that you claim to give? In 2 weeks, courtesy car is going and I also need to find out how much is KP going to pay for the car so I can make arrangements (financially) should there be any short-falls. Thanks and hope the matter gets the attention it deserves
