No feedback as promise

In November 2012 I contact Momentum for forms for medical aid, i send my documents of to Nosipo Numalo and still not received a response. I phoned Momentum back in January (was overseas over the holiday) and I had to send documents of again. On the 15th of January I received email stating that I am member and that my "welcome pack" is on its way. My addres was incorrect- probably reason why i still didn't received anything. February I noticed that my debit order did not go off (there was sufficient funds in). Momentum want to deduct a double payment for the month of January aswell, why must I pay for January if I only become a member on the 15th but didn't receive membership card or nothing?!! The call centre agent said that she will send a request through to cancel the double payment and also to change my membership date, she said she will phone me back the same day to inform if it was sucsesfull or not. I am STILL waiting to hear from that agent, my account is still not debited. As I understand I don't have a medical fund at this moment and don't see why i have to pay for January and February now. Really think i must just consider a different medical scheme.
