I just changed to standard bank am I am regretting

I deposited money on wednesday and the money is still not avail on my account what is going on!

I contacted the call centre they were supposed to get back to me on saturday this is very bad service for standard bank!

My airtime personal time and phone bill has been rung up for this and no one can give me answers I want acess to my money!
