I sold my business during July 2013. FNB removed my credit card machines, and replace them with new units for the new owners. I did give notice repeatedly, they themselves removed the units and did a final banking from the machines, but FNB keep deducting rental fee of R501 every moth from my bank account. After many attempts and complaints, I received the following e-mail, but nothing happned afterwards.
