Illing without service

A few Months ago I received a call from FNB asking me if I will be interested in their card machines. At the time I used Capitec. They promised me a better rate, so I agreed to it. All the promises never happened. they promised us better fees than Capitec which never happened.

After a month I cancelled the machines. I spoke to a Guy called peter which also came to see us about the Card machines. He said that he will see to it and that it will be collected.

Its been four months and its still not been collected. My biggest problem is that FNB takes money out of my account every month for the card rental. Again this month!! Its absolutely pathetic!!! All I want is my money back that they take and the card machines to be collected.

Im using Capitec again which is brilliant.
