I have had my FNB account for many years now. On the 10 January i thought I would quickly apply for the so-called 31 day temporary loan which I got R6000 instantly. On the 16th, I wanted to transfer money to my business account which is also FNB, I saw I had no funds in my account. I checked my online banking and behold, FNB had deducted money. Now how the can you give money for 31 days and 6 days later you deduct from my account... does not make sense. I immediately emailed them explaining my problem, well till now am I waiting for a response. I phoned the call centre yesterday afternoon only for a consultant to try and transfer me to the necessary department and then I get cut [URL Removed] on really!!!
Two nights ago I also applied for a business credit card which went through stating I will be contacted shortly, well it is definately not shortly because it is almost teo days ago. I am quite sure that this is not the level of service that is supposed to be delivered and that the other banks have do as my fiance is with Standard Bank and not one days hassle. Makes one think of moving if this is how they treat their loyal clients.
