Ank card expired, as pensioner stood at the enquiries counter for nearly one hour. As my mums power of attorney I could get a new card but not the pin number. I can go to the teller and withdraw money without a card thats fine, asking the manager what now her reply my mum must sing for the pin. My mother is ninety six got alzheimers, but the manager insist that she will send someone to let my mum sign. After ten years as my mums power of attorny I FELD LIKE A SKELM trying just to renew a bank card.
