Incompetent FNB employees

I had Smart loans with FNB and they deducted the monthly instalments from my account in the beginning and then stopped debiting the account although my salary has been paid into my accounts that are linked.

After four (4) years they emptied my bank account stating that they cannot refund me as no arrangements were made, but not ONE person ever called me in regard to these accounts. My cellphone number has not changed for the last seven (7) years.

I've had my bank accounts with FNB for MANY MANY years but I'm closing it and moving to another bank that can be there if you need them.

Sorry FNB.
