Over 6 months of not billing, I'm automatically bi

I want know firstly why I'm being billed by Regent?
When i did join whatsoever, how did I join that policy?
Can i get evidence of such?
Why after over 8 months of stopping this transaction at my bank, and telling some other 'retentions" agent that i dont want to continue because i dont know what it is, they still have the gall to deduct money out of my account.
Can i have every detail asap, How I joined the policy? What the policy is for? if its telephonically a recording PLEASE!!
I want to act on this!!
