Inconsistent in procedures and no feedback

Almost two years ago FNB gave me a personal loan of R60 000 as well as an ipad device whilst a judgement on my name. It's been paid every single month without failing once. Recently they send me an invitation to apply for a second device which I did as my current ipad broke and I needed a new device urgently for work. They declined the application due to the exact same judgment on my name than when thy gave me a loan of R60 000 and a ipad!!! Worst of all I insisted to know why the inconsistency. Mr Denzel Dickenson escalated the query to the relevant department twice and after two weeks and numerous feedback requests nobody could b bothered except mr dickenson. How pathetic! A person who have been paying her loan of almost R3000 a month every single month for two years gets declined for a device which costs a meager R259 a month. Makes you wonder if there is a hidden agenda with approving loans which renders more interest to the bank. I think its maybe just time to move on to another bank maybe since they no longer go out of their way to help loyal good paying customers whose account never in the lifetime of my having a account with FNB have been badly conducted.
