Passing the buck and billing me after I cancelled

Lucid Living you are a bunch of firstly when I took up this Property Protection plan I was to by one of your agents they told me my developer/estate agent told you I had to get this cover only to find out it was a lie, on the same day I then called and cancelled the cover and was told some would call me back 5 days later no had called then I called again then got transferred a couple of times until I was rudely told by a certain lady I won't be getting the cover cancelled because I gave my banking details, she then reverted and told me I had to wait 7 days someone would call and no one called until the on the 25th my account was debited... I called again spoke to a gentlemen who then said again I would be contacted very which never happened. THIS IS ME LETTING YOU USELESS I HAVE CANCELLED THE DEBIT ORDER IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THAT TRY CALLING ME I WILL REFER YOU TO MY LAWYER OK!!! you clearly never heard of the consumer protection act.
