Upset that my Credit Life plan was cancelled

I am writing to you regarding my Credit Life Protection plan that has been cancelled by Absa without informing me telephonic. I had called into the call center in April 2013 to request a double debit on my account for May13 which went off 02/05 because I had a problem that month & the consultant did advise me that once this debit went of my account it will be up to date again which went off correctly. This months premium went off lesser then normal only to received a letter to say I have been cancelled for my protection cover. I have been with Absa over 5 yrs & this is the first time I have missed 1 mnt of my payment & requested to be double debited the next month. I have now received a letter stating that my protection plan is cancelled, which is very upsetting for just 1 month missed even though now I am up to date. I have called the call center but I was on hold for over 30 minutes.so I went in the Umhlanga Absa Branch yesterday 04/06 to try & sort this out. A lady named Kubeshnie tried to help I was there over 1 hour & she couldnt help as callcenter needed to do it I'm really sadden by this has a protection plan is really important as life is so uncertain.pls reinstate my polic
