On Friday the 29th of November 2013 there was a Temporary loan taken on my account and the same day the R 3000 was withdrawn from a ATM at the Sasol petrol station, opposite to the Mall@Reds, Wierdapark, Centurion, Pretoria.
( I completed a online complaint form on the 29th Ref: 294219400)

On Monday 9 December 2013 I went to the FNB branch in the Mall@Reds to cancel my Debit Card, and to get more information regarding the Temporary loan, Which I did not apply for.
A very unprofessional employee assisted me to cancel my card and lay a "formal complaint". I was told that my ID no is my reference for this "complaint".
Till now, no one from FNB contacted me regarding this, and when I logged into my FNB online on the 12 of Dec I found that R 3 390.?? was deducted from my account. ( How am I supposed to pay my bills? and buy my little girl the bicycle she worked so hard for the entire Gr 1 year.) This big time come the 25th!!!

This morning I logged another complaint, Ref: 5V28P6EN and tried to phone a consultant but no luck getting answer or a reply from anyone.
This is nothing less than unacceptable to say the least. I MY WANT MONEY BACK!!!
