Awaiting Refund

Unknown to me Direct Axis loans appear on my FNB on-line banking. Due to this I made a payment in error. I am due to travel overseas tomorrow and need the money back in my account immediately. I contacted Direct Axis on Thursday yet nothing has been done. At present I am requesting an overdraft from FNB to cover the mistake. What I cannot understand is the loan was granted, I paid it off, now they appear to be prepared to lose me as a customer. This makes no sense as a businessman as retaining me is far easier than gaining a new customer (and cheaper), the people I have spoken to at Direct Axis do not seem to understand this. If it were my business, I would do some serious mystery shopping to discover issue like this. Frankly, it is just plain lazy people you have. Sorry, but your business is not operating in an optimised manner. Should no refund be received and my overdraft be granted, then I shall not be using you again. REgards, John Ashcroft, Mimosa Way.
