I have been dealing with Stanley Brodkin due to my credit card. I was unable to make payment last month after a family emergency. I tried to call more than once to make an arrangement but I could not get through. I sent an email after failing to get through. I received a call today from Jolandi and I must say even if I am at fault the way you spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner was unnecessary. I do think just because I am a mere debtor I should be spoken to in such a manner. Despite the industry you work in treating people in such a horrible manner is not the way.
