I insisted that my wife use Miway as i had faith in them but the treatment i got yesterday from your agent was horrible:
* 1ST they said we will have to pay for towing the vehicle from a "safe" area to the panelbeaters.
* Secondly they said that they will not get my wife transport from the area to our home as it is 100 km's from our home, when we got the insurance we were told that, we will be transported.
*Thirdly, i was told that i will have to use my own credit card for a courtesy car, even though we were told that we can have one for 45 days and used our last cents to pay for the service. I am contracted to miway no other company.
* Lastly i was put through 2 other sections, the last person advised me that they will ask the cliam department to call me back, i am still waiting, i went to the website and asked for a call back, its the following day i am still waiting.
My wife is looking at me for answers as i insisted on Miway and guess what, i do not know what to say as what we were told is not what we bought. I am ashamed as i had so much faith in so much so that i would tell friends and family to use your services.
