Storm with rain and wind @5.15 on Tuesday afternoon damaged part of my boundary fence which I contacted Outsurance which they told me that they will send out a service contractor to put up a temporary fence up which was only done the next morning but service contractor brought posted a security guard from midnight until the next morning before the temporary fence was put up. Since that day I contacted Outsurance every day which the assessor only pitched Thursday 28.02.2013 and when I phoned this morning 1.03.2013 I was told that the claim was approved and the service contractor will repair the fence today and it is now 3 o'clock and nothing done as yet.
For so much for their motto of "bending backswards" for clients.
