Poor feedback on insurance claim

I lodged a claim, due to lightning struck my house alarm and garage door motor were damaged. Received SMS Dear Client Claim number 2481750 has been registered Should you not be contacted within 48 hours kindly contact claims department 0860302011, what a waste you can phone the call centre all the operators are currently busy your call is important to us, I some times held up to an hour no reply, day in and day out, this is the worst call centre I ever came upon. Even after I reported this to the Claims manager no reply.
Legally you require the insurance if you have a bond but what do you pay for poor service.
Reported 15/11/2013 and up to now 28/11/2013, nothing happened.
