We had an incident on Saturday 14/12/2013, our sliding door glass was smashed and the entire glass fell. I logged a claim with ABSA on Tuesday 17/12/2013 reporting the incident and I received a confirmation via sms stating the following "Dear Client, Claim No: 2505997 has been registered. After 48 hours please direct any queries to the claims department on 0860112225.
I've been calling since yesterday 19/12/2013, I spoke to Annetjie and she put me on hold and the phone was eventually cut off. Have been trying to call thereafter, with no reply just that the agents are busy and the call will be answered shortly - after already holding for an hour.
The sliding door is still broken and we are at risk of as it is exposed and facing the street where all passerby can see.
