I would just like to thank FNB for declining a device application. My 1st device (ipad) was settled this week after no hassles on the contract for 24 months. I am a platinum account holder with more than R5 going through my account in a month. My account income has doubled over the last 24 months, but CBS Risk Management from FNB still decided I am not worth the while.
Thank you FNB for the wonderful service (non) and excellent assistance (non) as well as the non existent staff at 0875774000 that is answering the phones.
I trust you have many happy and loyal customers like me who pay large amounts in banking fees (personal and business) that gets these messages everyday.
