When you need a help, you will end up paying

I hereby lay a complaint against First National Bank call centre agent who assisted me with my query, I want that recording where I instructed them to stop my Nedbank debit order on the 26 September 2013 now I have to pay for penalties because someone did not do they job properly so now my name its going to be ruined by small things please could you kindly help me in this matter because I am going to take it further now.

I trusted FNB but now I have my doubts about them.
