HELLO,

I DEPOSITED TWO CHEQUES ON THE 11TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013, THEY WERE CASHED AND REVERSED ON THE 12TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013 DUE TO SPELLING MISTAKE BY MY CLIENT WHICH THE BANK CHARGED ME R170.00.

I RANG AGAIN ON THE 17TH OF DECEMBER 2013 TOO ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS MATTER AND SPOKE TO FATIMA KHAN TO NO AVAIL WAS I ASSISTED.
DO CHEQUES TAKE 3 MONTHS TO CLEAR AT FNB?

I TRUST THAT BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE LOOKED INTO.
