NEDBANK
I had instructed NEDBANK to cancel a stop order that was due to go off my account on the 1st September 2013. I personally attended at Nedbank Windermere enquiries counter on the 30th August 2013 and provided them with the instruction. NEDBANK has charged me R40 PLUS VAT to carry out this instruction and will do so for the NEXT THREE MONTHS BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO CANCEL THE STOP ORDER FROM GOING THROUGH!!! Mutual and Federal was still able to deduct the amount from my account!! I have switched insurers! I DEMAND A REFUND OF THE R40 plus VAT and I demand that no further charges be levied against my account for an instruction that the bank FAILED TO CARRY OUT!!
