One of my company's drivers damaged another persons car (lady who lives in my street).
I made the claim to Outsurance and they confirmed they would pay for the lady's car to be fixed.
I was told to pay the R4500 excess to Outsurance which I did.
This was on Nov 21 (7 days ago). No one has contacted the lady whose car was damaged and no one answers either of our emails.
Have Outsurance the R4500 or are they purposely inefficient in making pay outs in order to hold the money in their account for longer?
