I went to Edgars com Aldo to get a collection to my shoes. I paid R 1000, 00 to get quality and reliable shoes that was in January, little did i know that three months later the shoes will break from the side. I stay 400 km plus away from Jo'burg and couldn't take the shoes back by that time. Eventually wen i do six months later was told " sorry there is nothing we can do" If i buy shoes so expensive i would expect uncompromising long lasting quality. I spoke to Palesa about the matter and was unhelpful all she could say was there is nothing we can do. I 'm still paying for the shoes, but i can't even wear them. It's not the first pair of ALDO that gave me the same problem after purchase. The staff at Aldo stand were not interested in my problems and they even made me wait for them, while they go on lunch. If ALDO will continue to sell shoes so expensive, then they should make sure that we get quality we deserve. I didn't expect to encounter problems three months after i bought the shoes. Get quality staff and quality product before you can put it on the market. It's either you give me my money back or a new pair. Steve Madden and ALDO are expensive for nothing.
