Just called Aldo Cresta a few minutes ago to go through to a very arrogant lady who is power hungry by the fact that she is an assistant mange and felt that she could speak to me in any tone she please because she is an ASSISTANT MANAGER and kept repeating that through out our conversation. The only thing I called foe was for them to get me a certain pair of shoes to their store because the last time I was there they never had my size however the other stores had them. I shop at Aldo once a month mainly because I love their shoes but if one is going to be disrespected and not get proper service. I would rather move my money to another store where I wont be ill-treated. I had to cut the call because she was not bugging or even wanted to assist me with my request. I couldnt even get her name
