I have a rather old Nedbank cheque account which I have known for a while I need to change because the fees are so high. Having been away last month and using my cheque cards quite alot I was shocked to see my monthly service fee this month and called to complain. Zana took the time to explain to me why the fee is high and what I am paying per item and then told me of a few options I could consider. She then advised me that I can change my account type without changing my account number and affecting my debit orders - this is the reason I have been putting it off so it is great news. A transfer to Chrystal in Portfolio Management and 10 minutes later all done! And 10 minutes after that a follow up call from Zana to find out if I was helped and happy. Very impressed with the service from Nedbank and the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff!
