Failing me abroad, AGAIN

With a previous travel to Europe, Nedbank failed to activate my cards correctly and also to assist promptly, causing extreme issues as you can imagine. The only person at the Centurion branch giving assistance is Alicia.

I traveled abroad again and again there were issues even though this time I went to extreme measures from my side to avoid a repeat of the past. While abroad I emailed my branch to numerous addresses that works, the first email being 18 December.By 30 December I mailed again due to no reaction. I had to mail again today due to no reaction as I want to know who was responsible for me not being able to draw enough cash, and to get an appointment with the branch manager.

Apart from this, I gave Nedbank Centurion 2 cards in the consultant's hand for upgrades to chip-cards. Upon collecting just before the trip, they ordered the wrong cards... Crazy, I know.

UP TO NOW, STILL NO RESPONSE, not even from the branch manager. Obviously they do not run a tight ship.
