14 working days still waiting for stock

Hi there.
I have redeemed my nedbank greenbacks on12/11/2013.

My order number: Order #: 1033655

I called them twice and they said the product will be delivered in 14 working days.

If i see the online status it shows stock arrival pending...

This is really irritating can someone please speed up this process.
