Good day,

I've been trying since 4 Jan to retrieve historical statements on my cheque account. I've got my statements per email - but there is a technical error as I don't have my October statement online. I raised the query with technical support - but they did not even investigate as Steward Julius replied that I will not be able to view those statements for my SAVINGS account, although I have mentioned it is a CHEQUE account.

With this complaint I would like to bring to your attention that somehow I can see all my statements for 2012 online, EXCEPT October. Is the database corrupt?
My process:
1. Go to Archives
2. Select 20120131 to 20130131 for my Cheque account
3. All months are listed EXCEPT October 2012

I understand your technical team sometimes get absurd queries, but shouldn't their first approach be to investigate the query rather than assuming that I just don't know what I'm talking about??
