Telesure has left a love mark for me

My name is Ayanda Nokuzola Majozi... I was in a car accident where my car was a right off and one of my friend's who was in the car with me had passed away. This was an extremely confusing and traumatic time for me not only had in lost one of my closest friends but I had also lost a car that took all my savings for me to put down a good deposit. I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN TO YOU THE PATIENCE they have had with me. There were times where I did not answer my phone and they still tried consistently to get hold of me. I would like to begin with Miss Chantel De Beer who when I first called was super genuine... trust me, I know how people are I work with people, When we spoke, I really thought she was not gone believe my story but she did and told me not to worry, I must just get better and they will sort everything out. Chantel at times would advise me on what to do... you know, who does that now huh? who actually cares? I forgot that she was from the insurance, I actually thought we were friends... I mean that's how beautifully amazing she is with people, She lets you in, if I didn't't know any better I WOULD SAY SHE IS A MOM because I felt smothered with love and comfortable with her.
