Nedbank Preys on Old people then swindles them

I received 2 statements in September one with a balance of R16 987.42 and another with R24 196.12. I never gave consent to a limit of R25k & I didn't use my credit card for transactions to that value. I went to pay the min amount of R900 after paying I received an sms advising that I still need to pay R1200.Sanele promised to send my transaction list which I never got. this was on the 30th of October. I went to Booysens they phoned the call centre & spoke to Portia ref 65506884 on the 5/11. Loreen called me on the 8/11 & told me to pay in the additional amount because I was behind on my account. I then called the call centre again on the following days 11, 12, 15 and 20/11spoke to several people and asked them for the transaction list on my account because I do not agree with the charges. I have been from pillar to post & every time I feel like I am talking to a rock. I do not know what charges have gone through and it seems no one from Nedbank is willing to assist. There are transactions that have been put through then later reversed and no explanation is provided. I would like to resolve this issue & if no one will help me I will take it to the Ombudsman and the NCR.
