After miscommunications after a claim from PPS insurance I was told that it was Hollard that could not have two email addresses per policy and that the PPS system could and there would be no further communication issues as my wife is the primary member and I am insured along with her.
Now all of a sudden I get all the emails regarding PPS and my wife is receiving nothing.
How can one trust an insurance broker that will pass MISINFORMATION to its members?
