Hollard phoned my in March to confirm whether my vehicle was insured. They promised to send me an email to where I could mail my insurance confirmation. They phoned a couple times after that, promising to send the email, email was never received.
This month I got a bill from Wesbank with an insurance product on it that I never agreed to. I would like to know from Hollard.
1. How could you email the bill but not the information prior to that?
2. Is your sale of the insurance FAIS compliant?
3. What will you do to investigate this matter and determine the cause?
