So a week ago I posted a complaint. Almost immediately I got a response from "Tracey Sonickson, Complaints Resolution" with a ref number : 386176. So I called to do a follow up (which im not suppose to do seeing that FNB needs to sort it out) anyway I speak to card devision NO-ONE KNOWS ANYTHING. i speak to general enquiries NO-ONE KNOWS ANYTHING. I get a direct line for TRACEY SONICKSON, BUT the number stays engaged. I tried giving the assistants the ref number, but they say it wouldnt help... so whats the point!!!
